The varsity girls soccer team is on its way to play the state semi-final game this Thursday, April 12 at the Georgetown ISD Athletic complex stadium. Students who want to come cheer them on have three options of getting to the game during school. First, a spirit bus will take students there and back for only $2. Secondly, students can get a parent note and your parent can drop and pick you up from the game. Last but not least, students can drive themselves. However, students cannot ride with any of their friends even with parent permission. Students will be dismissed from class at 10:45 a.m., and the buses will depart from the school at 11:00 a.m.

It is $7 to get in the game and students cannot carry their backpacks into the stadium, so leave them on the bus. Students can bring money for concession stands at the game.

Students will only be excused if they sign in with Mr. Ellison at the game inside the gates of the stadium. They must stay for the whole game. After the game is over, students are expected to return to school.
