Dance teams district wide will host iDance Nov. 6, showcasing hip hop jazz, contemporary and kick. This year, the Legacies from Vandergrift will be joining the show.

“The purpose for iDance is to showcase all high schools as well as middle schools dance team programs,” Director Araceli Lopez said.

The teams will perform at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Leander High School in the PAC.

“This year Star Steppers has come together great,” senior captain Brittney Spence said. “Everybody gets along with everyone, and we’re on another level of dance technique wise, and we have really strong dancers.”

Tickets $10 and T-shirts $20 will be sold by a Star Stepper or online.

 “My first year in dance has been good I like it, its fun I’m really excited for iDance and nervous,” sophomore Mary-Grace Clary said.
