Many students are recently involved in a trending program called Rogue Running. This is a training program for all types of runners whether they’re just starting out with running or they’ve run a marathon before.
Rogue Running offers different types of programs that you can sign up for that help train you toward whatever goal you have set for yourself. The trainers work with you under different circumstances based on you personally.
“There are about 15 people in our group of runners. I do activities for Rogue Running every day,” senior Sierra Fredenrich said. “On Monday, I have my core classes for 45 minutes, on Tuesday we have meet ups with our group, and on some Wednesdays we have more core classes. It really just depends on the group you’re in.”
Rogue Running has youth, beginner, intermediate and advanced programs that are open to people of all ages. They also have a website that doubles as a shop where you can purchase running gear as well. Along with that, you can keep track of your running schedule with a calendar schedule when you sign up for an account with the program.
