Softball sweeps Round Rock High School 10-2

On Feb. 8, the Lady Rangers softball team played their second pre-season game against Round Rock High School and won 10-2.
“I felt like we really worked together as a team and came together both on defense and offense,” three-year varsity player junior Emilie Casady said. “We wanted to win, and we put a lot of hard work at practice days before to prepare us. It was a solid game overall. We all swung hits together and made the needed outs. We all had fun in the dugout and on the field. We never got down or discouraged, and we did a good job picking each other up and keeping each other motivated by communicating.”
