My name is Brooke Checketts, and I'm a junior at Vista Ridge High School. I'm super excited to be a part of newspaper this year. Keeping up with news and the media is so important, but in the ever growing pace of everyday life it's hard to stay informed. I'm excited to be a source in helping keep people up to date with the latest happenings in and around VRHS. I love dogs, mountains, photography and large sweatshirts. Music, literature and Walt Disney play key roles in my upbringing and daily life. You'll always catch me with snacks and Band-Aids, and count on me to make dad jokes and bad puns.
